Compatibility

Compatible with all LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears garage door openers from 1993 to present that use:

  • 315 MHz or 390 MHz frequency
  • Colored learn buttons (green, orange/red, purple, yellow)

Important: Will NOT work on pre-1993 units that use DIP switches.

    So happy I found Gatehouse. My garage door installed 2001 and found remote control replacements I really needed. Web-Site great and just love the info video's, really helped me narrow down what would work. Fast service too. Would recommended Gatehouse for answers to an "old garage" door that still goes up & down.

    3 buttons for the price of 1. Works great. This unit works with any color 'learn' button on the door opener. Ones I bought from 365 mess do not. Theirs I returned and they pester me for a good review before they have issued my refund. I'm still waiting from them.
    But Gatehouse replaces my old 81LM remote. I bought an extra to keep bedside so I can remotely open the garage in emergency, like for paramedics. I want to be saved without them kicking in my house door. There is something new, a program button under the metal visor clip on the back. It allows this remote to be programmed for green,red, purple, orange and yellow learn buttons. Very easy to program multiple doors. Great price too.
