Works with every LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears garage door opener manufactured from 1993 to present that has colored learn buttons.

Compatibility

Compatible with all LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears garage door openers from 1993 to present that use:

  • 315 MHz or 390 MHz frequency
  • Colored learn buttons (green, orange/red, purple, yellow)

Important: Will NOT work on pre-1993 units that use DIP switches.

    I love it!! just followed the instructions and it took me not even 5 minutes to have the remote control and the garage door working properly!

    The Liftmaster 893 Max was the perfect solution for replacement of a Craftsman remote which no longer worked. It was very simple to program and worked the first time after programming. It worked perfectly when I programmed three different doors using the three individual activation buttons.

    Good product. Gatehouse performed as promised. Used as an alternative to hard wiring additional in-garage controllers. Easy to understand programming instructions. Note - when training the unit, depress desired opener many times. It's a trick I picked up from a garage door manuf.

    Got here quick, responsive company, advised me with rec promptly...moving to a new house in 2 weeks...90's vintage motor unit...this remote supposed to be universal for Link/Liftmaster motors...will write more after we move if I get them to work :-)
