LiftMaster HMJ5011 Replacement Parts — Hoist & Jackshaft Operator
Genuine LiftMaster replacement parts for the HMJ medium-duty commercial door operator. The HMJ combines a hoist and a jackshaft disconnect on one machine, which is why the diagram carries two separate disconnect groups — the H group and the J group. Check which one your operator has before ordering; they share no parts.
Your model number is on the operator's data label. HMJ5011R is right-hand mount and HMJ5011L is left-hand — the electrical box differs between them. Parts marked no longer available have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are listed for identification only.
