Securitron GL1-FS Gate Lock, Fail Safe
The Securitron GL1-FS is the fail safe version of Securitron's 2,000 lb electromechanical gate lock: it unlocks when power is removed, which is what most fire and life-safety codes call for on egress gates. The GL1 holds even when the gate is under up to 100 lb of preload, so it suits swing and slide gates where a maglock would struggle to stay bonded.
