These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes,
suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

    Other web sites did not provide enough description to select the right part. I emailed one asking but they took two days to respond. Gatehouse had enough description and a clear enough picture to solve the riddle and order the right part.
