These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes,
suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

    Gatehouse - Sears Garage Door Sensor Replacement

    My Sears Craftsman (Chamberlain) Garage Door Opener had not worked properly since a flood some time ago. Information I had found online made me believe it was the safety sensors which may had gotten wet.

    I found the exact product I needed on the Gatehouse web site and am quite happy to report it solved my problem at a far less expense than having a repairman do it or replacing the whole unit.
