These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes,
suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

    My garage door stopping responding to the remote command to go down. I finally figured out that the safety semsors for my power garage door lift had stopped working. I ordered the replacement kit and performed an easy DIY job. Everything works well.

    My door would reverse very often when trying to close it. The diagonistics said it was bad sensors. Ordered new S5-41A5034 kit from Gatehouse which arrived within a few days. Installed them and door works perfectly.

    The sensors had plenty of wire for the splice. They arrived quickly with parts and instructions. The supplied connectors did not work very well so I used wire nuts. I would buy from gatehouse again.
