Operating at 310 MHz with 8 DIP switches (256 selectable codes), this remote is the perfect affordable replacement for Delta-3 receivers.

Includes removable visor clip and long-life 9V battery. Ideal for property managers, installers, and homeowners still using legacy Linear Delta-3 gate operators.

    Great Deal on remote

    I thought I was going to have to pay $28 at local retailer for a universal remote that would hopefully work on my older model Linear/Moore-O-Matic garage door opener. Instead for $15 delivered I got a brand new original remote delivered to my house in a couple days. Even had a nine volt battery and set up instructions included. Other online retailers had the remote for a similiar price,but their shipping cost was ridiculous. $11 for remote and $4 to ship was a great price.

    My garage door opener is 30 years old and I had trouble finding a remote opener in my area. On the internet I found gatehouse and they had what I needed. I received the remote in less than six days with Saturday and Sunday in the count. gatehouse saved me from buying a new garage door opening system.

    Linear Garage Door Opener

    When my car was picked up for salvage after hurricane Sandy the garage door opener was left in it. I now needed to replace it and found it at Gatehouse while searching the internet. I ordered two units and received them in less than a week. The items were exact replacements and work very well. I would reccommend Gatehouse to anyone in need of remote control products.
