Fitment: LiftMaster LA500, LA500U and LA500UL. The LA500DC uses LA500DC for the primary arm and LA500DCS for the secondary arm on a dual-gate installation — those are different parts.
Supplied as the complete arm. The junction box, rear connector kit and mounting brackets are ordered separately.
