Genuine LiftMaster K2A0878 hall effect board (also K002A0878; often called the RPM encoder board) — the small sensor board that reads the K13-32087 RPM cup on the motor of the AC industrial slide gate operators and tells the logic board how fast the motor is turning. It is fitted to the SL3000U / SL3000UL (SL3000501U), SL585U / SL585UL and SL595U / SL595UL. It is not a control board: the main board on those operators is the K1D6761-1CC.
RPM and hall-effect faults point here, not at the logic board. A gate that starts and stops with an RPM or motor-speed fault, will not reset after an obstruction, or gives no warning tone before moving is usually this board or the RPM cup — both are cheap. Check the cup is tight on the motor shaft and the board is clean before replacing either.

Not the CSW200U board. The CSW200U shares its AC drive train with the SL3000U but uses the K1D8247 hall effect sensor board. The DC pad-mounts (CSL24, CSW24) use an APS encoder instead.

Is the board actually the problem?
The logic board is the most over-ordered part on a commercial operator. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Fit the board with the RPM cup passing cleanly through its sensor gap, run the gate through a full cycle and confirm the operator reports normal RPM before re-testing the entrapment reversal.
