Genuine LiftMaster K1D8424-1CC three-phase power board — the motor power board for the three-phase builds of the UL325 SL585U / SL585UL and SL595U / SL595UL industrial slide gate operators. It sits under the K1D6761-1CC logic board and switches the motor, brake and transformer. Single-phase units use the K1D8284-1CC instead; the two are not interchangeable.
Order by the configuration code on the data plate, not the model. Three-phase codes end in 03U, 05U, 203U or 205U (SL585103U, SL585503U, SL585105U, SL585505U, SL595103U, SL595203U, SL595105U, SL595205U); 575 V codes are the 05U / 205U builds. The 01U, 501U and 151U codes are single phase and take the K1D8284-1CC. A three-phase or 575 V build also needs the matching K94-38062 power board ID resistor for its horsepower.

Not for the HS670, SL585GL or the pre-UL325 SL585 / SL595. Those operators have no logic board and use a contactor-style control; see the HS670 parts page. The SL3000U and CSW200U are single-phase only and use the K1D8402-1CC.

Is the board actually the problem?
The logic board is the most over-ordered part on a commercial operator. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Fit the correct ID resistor for the horsepower, confirm the phase and voltage tap match the data plate, then set the limits and re-test the entrapment devices.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a commercial operator board is replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply is at the same risk. The MOV kit on the electrical box is the first line; a proper surge arrester on the supply is the second.
