Genuine DoorKing 8863-010 main circuit board — the processor board for the 2112 eVolve smart video intercom: the 2112-081 surface mount, 2112-082 surface mount curved and 2112-083 flush mount. It runs the video call, the entry codes, the three Form C relays and the cloud connection to the DKS Resident app and eVolve portal. The 2112 manual calls for revision C or later of this board.
Board only. The kit does not include the 16.5 VAC 20 VA transformer, the cellular module (2112-150 / -151 internal, 2112-152 / -153 external), the video component or the speaker / microphone assembly. Read the revision letter printed on your board before ordering.

Is the board actually the problem?
The board is the most over-ordered part on a telephone entry system. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
The unit re-registers to the eVolve portal on first power-up. Re-check the relay assignments, the entry codes and the app notifications before leaving.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. DoorKing makes a 1878-010 low-voltage surge suppressor for the 16.5 VAC side and a 1876-010 high-voltage suppressor for the line side. A board that died in a storm will die again without them.
