Genuine DoorKing 1800-010 cellular voice and data board — the circuit board that gives a DoorKing telephone entry or access system its cellular connection. DoorKing lists it for its cellular-equipped telephone entry units, the Access Plus systems and the Cellular Gateway. The current board supports VoLTE, so voice calls run over 4G LTE rather than the retired 3G networks.

Send us your model number before ordering. The 1800-010 is fitted across several DoorKing products, and the right check is the number on the cellular board currently in your unit, or the model on the label inside the door. If the site lost service when a carrier shut down its 3G network, this board is the usual fix.

The board needs an active cellular account. Have the account details ready, confirm signal strength at the unit after fitting, and test both a voice call and remote programming before handing the system back.
