LiftMaster CBG24DCGMC TECHNA barrier gate operator, grey cabinet — the commercial TECHNA model for gated communities, HOAs and commercial entrances. Opens or closes the arm in about 2.5 seconds, runs arms to 14 ft, and its multi-vehicle tracking closes the gate behind each vehicle to stop tailgating. Battery backup, built-in Wi-Fi and myQ diagnostics are standard.

The CBG24DC replaces the Mega Arm (MADCBB3 / MATDCBB3) as LiftMaster’s current commercial barrier gate. Setup is digital through the DC logic board’s LCD, the breakaway arm bracket lets you recover quickly from an arm strike, and shared TECHNA-family parts keep service simple. Works standalone or integrated with myQ Community and myQ Facility.
