    Phone Customer Support very nice and helpful in placing the order. When remote arrived, I followed the directions that came in the box (several times). It did not work. I went on line and read instructions there. Tried that(several times). It still did not work. I was very frustrated. Finally watched the video on your web-site and SUCCESS! Rediculous

    Reprogramming Liftmaster 893max remote a breeze

    Recently purchased a liftmaster 893 max remote since the opener only came with 2 remotes and we needed 3. I pressed the yellow button on the unit (press and release quickly) then pressed the remote 2 times and it worked. No problems. I had the remote with me when I was on the ladder to get to the unit. Only disappointment was that the order was delayed by 2 days due to weather and an additional 2 days past the recalculated delivery date. It came by mail. Good price on the remote.

    I bought one of these to replace an old, worn out original remote, with which you had to practically be right up to the door for it to work. It was easy to program and works from down the street. Needed a 2nd one for my daughter, and didn't hesitate to order the same thing. Also works great!! They came in the mail very fast too.

    I had been told that a remote for my garage door opener was no longer available. GateHouse immediately identified my unit and which remote would work. Shipping was prompt and arrived as promised. Their website video made programming the remote very easy. I'm just sorry I never found this company years ago. Would have saved me hours on the phone getting useless information from other companies. No hesitation in recommending the Liftmaster 893Max and GateHouse.
