DoorKing 2600-644 — 100-tooth Delrin worm gear. Genuine DoorKing 10-inch, 100-tooth Delrin worm gear for the 6300 heavy-duty swing gate operator and the earlier 620, 625 and 630 models that share its gearbox. The lighter 6050 and 6100 use the 80-tooth 2600-323 instead, so check the model on the cabinet label. A stripped or chattering worm gear shows up as a motor that runs while the arm barely moves, or a gate that slips under load.
