Parts were exactly as described and as long as I followed the (detailed) instructions, went together smoothly. No issues and the garage door openers works great again!

When the door won't open and you find a pile of Nylon dust and particles in the motor box, it's time to talk to Gatehouse. I did that and was pleased to find what I needed and at a reasonable price. Arrived as scheduled. Fit perfectly in my 1/2 hp Sears Craftsman garage door opener.

This was an exceptional experience with on line shopping. I had the name of the company from the control box. It took a little effort to find the model #, but the guidance for its location was excellent. A detailed schematic gave me a good idea of what I needed. I chatted with one of the pop up girls and she confirmed that the parts package I had selected contained all I needed. A quick exchange of credit card info and I was off the site. The parts arrived in two days, although 3 day priority shipping was expensive and not required.
