couldn't afford a maintaence person to come out and fix it so I ordered the parts myself. Found it a breeze to fix . When you log on a person comes on to chat with you making it easier to find the part you need. Hope I never have to use them again but if I do, I know I'll be satisfied.. Good job ya'll.

The gear set that I purchased for my garage door opener was exactly what I was needing. The parts were original quality and very easily installed with the aid of a very helpful video offered on their website. Parts were delivered when promised even though there was severe weather in the area.

Repair was a piece of cake, thanks to the video and enclosed instructions. This kit saved me $$$; new opener $150, repair kit $29.....it's a no brainer. BTW, this was my 2nd order from Gatehouse and both went off with out a hitch.

there was an excellent video online on how to install this.it was very helpful in replacing this part. I would recommend for everyone to go online and check out the videos. After I installed it everything is working fine. not too difficult to replace even for the "mechanically" challenged.
