Genie Excelerator Replacement Parts — H8000, ISD, PRO99 and CMD9900
Parts and exploded-view diagrams for the Genie Excelerator DC screw drive platform: H8000, H8000-07, H8000D, ISD990, ISD995, ISD1000, PRO99, PRO99-2IC, PRO99FN and CMD9900. All Excelerator models run Series II electronics and Intellicode, so current Genie remotes, keypads and Safe-T-Beams work with them.
This is a DC opener, so it has no starting capacitor. The Excelerator runs a DC motor off a motor drive board and a controller board. If the head is dead, the fault is almost always one of those two boards, the 10 A fuse, or the motor itself — there is no capacitor to swap.
The controller board is the part that is still made. The motor drive board, the motor assembly, the motor cover and the Pro lens cover are all discontinued by Genie, and rows below say so. The controller board is current and in stock.
10 ft and 12 ft doors take three different parts. The one-piece Genie Pro rail for a 10 or 12 foot door ships with a longer-wire close limit switch, a 96" yellow release cord and a rail support kit. Those are listed in their own block under the rail table — the standard 7 ft parts will not reach.
