    I have industrial (heavy steel) garage door
    openers on my house. The remotes have been
    marginal at best. Lately, I have to get out of the car and walk within a few feet of the door
    and I feel lucky if it opens at all. Even with new 9 volt batteries in the old remotes, they did not work like they should. I checked everything. The Multi Code 4120 remotes
    work perfectly! They will open the doors 50'
    away! Shipping, price...everything was
    perfect.
