    The operational distance of this remote is approximately 200 to 250 feet. However, the quality of the remote housing could be better and easier to open for programming purpose and battery replacement. As for gatehouse, the item was shipped and arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Will certainly do business with gatehouse again.
