    Works great and the range is better than the original gate openers. The price was 6 to 7 times less than what I was quoted by a local gate repair company. You would think repair companies' ethical business practices would be high - not always the case. Gatehouse is a good source.

    My HOA sells this for $50.00, plus tax to members. It is exactly the same opener! Sale price here was $10.75, plus $4.25 S/H. Walmart sells a gate opener that is supposed to work on any gate - It doesn't!! Price was about $23.00, plus sales tax.

    I bought two for less than one from W#almart (that doesn't work on our gate).
