The Linear Multi-Code 3070 (also known as MCS307010) is the compact keychain-style mini version of the popular 3089 remote. This single-button 300 MHz transmitter features 10 DIP switches (1,024 unique codes) and is perfect for users who want a small, discreet remote that clips to a keyring or attaches to a visor/dashboard with the included velcro strip.

Ideal for property managers, installers, and homeowners with older Linear Multi-Code gate and access control systems. Extremely reliable and easy to program.

    Gatehouse honestly has saved me alot of money in hardware and millions in mental anguish on only one used gate opener I bought! I paid $250 for a local gate company to just show up and not repair plus fee! Found Gatehouse, got all new "internal circuit board, wiring panel, full motor wiring plug, and I asked in online notes for a updated color coded sequence for the gate travel switches and got it all for less then the gate repair companies travel fee! Even better- all the parts came with directions that even "me" a true home owner could install everything and it works! NEXT-- only a very old Multicode opener I have operates the gate! I buy new openers that are suppose to talk to anything at $30 a piece and nothing. Look at Gatehouse site and bought 3 nice key chainMulti Code 3070, mcs307010 openers for less then half of the store bought ones. Took less then 2 minutes to program them all and I now have a full operational system!
