The Linear Multi-Code 3070 (also known as MCS307010) is the compact keychain-style mini version of the popular 3089 remote. This single-button 300 MHz transmitter features 10 DIP switches (1,024 unique codes) and is perfect for users who want a small, discreet remote that clips to a keyring or attaches to a visor/dashboard with the included velcro strip.

Ideal for property managers, installers, and homeowners with older Linear Multi-Code gate and access control systems. Extremely reliable and easy to program.

    I had been having ongoing problems with my two original remotes and replaced them with the Universal type from Home Depot. Also experienced problems with those due to weak signals. Then I noticed my neighbor in the same complex had a small Multi Code opener and never seemed to have any trouble accessing our garage. Upon inquiry, I found that he had purchased his from gatehouse.com and the first one he had purchased lasted 5 1/2 years until he accidentally drove over it. He then bought another of the same. I figured that the longevity and price was more than reasonable, so I ordered two from gatehouse.com as well. Compact, easy to program, and working to expectations to date.

    These small clickers fit nicely on a key chain. My last ones lasted several years, but just wore out. These are replacements. They are a lot cheaper than last time, too. I would recommend them.
