The remote for the gate to our neighborhood broke years ago and the replacements were too expensive but now we can order thru GateHouse and it is inexpensive and perfect! and Easy! We just took them to the residence office, they put in the code and we are good to go. Perfect!

Mom's Linear Electronics remote garage door opener Model DT finally died after 50 years. I figured she would have to buy a whole new system but since this remote was so inexpensive, I took a shot & bought it never thinking it would actually work on a unit that old. Not only did it work perfectly, it arrived in 2 days, was half the price Mom paid 50 years ago & even included the battery. I'm still shaking my head in amazement.

I set the dip switches to the correct code, pushed the button and opened the door, pushed the button on the other controller and closed the door. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Good remote

This remote is a simple product and works just as expected. Setting the code on the on/off flip switches is easy. But be prepared for how small they are! While the switches are tiny, the unit itself is too big for a key chain and rather looks like its from the 80s. There sure are more slick looking devices. But this one does its job just fine.
