Genuine LiftMaster K180A0385-3 latch cover and switch assembly for three-phase SL595U and SL595UL industrial slide gate operators.

Fitment: LiftMaster SL595U and SL595UL operators built for three-phase supply. Single-phase units use K75-38037 instead — check the motor data plate before ordering.

The latch cover carries the interlock switch that cuts power when the cover is opened. Replace when the switch fails or the operator will not run with the cover closed.
