These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes, suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

recvd the eye sensor kit very quick. very easy to install, but the sending eye(green) did not work and needed to exchange for new sensor kit. Suggest that before installing, you should attach a low voltage electric source to each eye to make sure each sensor lights up (green for sending & amber for receiving eye).

One of our garage door electric eyes was malfunctioning, and as a result the garage door wouldn't close. The Liftmaster eye kit comes with everything I needed to replace the malfunctioning eye, including enough connectors to splice into the existing wires, and even an extra to replace the one I dropped and couldn't find. Now our garage door opens and closes perfectly.

The kit was easy to install. It came with wire crimp connectors that you could squeeze with a regular plyers. It worked just fine.
