These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes,
suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

    My safety sensors died. Ordered them from Gatehouse because their shipping was about 1/3 that of the company that makes the opener. The package arrived a day earlier that the shipping estimate and included everything I needed to install them, including very clear instructions. It only took about 45 minutes to swap the news in. Wouldn't have taken that long, but I tested them before installing, just to make sure.

    Photo eyes did the job. worked perfectly. Shipped within 2 days which was great. Came complete with wiring and mounting hardware. Pressure connectors were great for connecting spliced wiring.

    I don't know the quality of the produce. It will be here LAST Tuesday (5 days ago). UPS says it is in transit. When I get it, I will let you know. Personally I don't believe it is coming any more!!
    Thanks for the effort. You guys did a great job and shipped about 10 minutes after I ordered. UPS fell down on the job and doesn't seem to concerned!
