I was having internet problems the day I placed my order. I ended up with 2 duplicate orders of openers (6 instead of the 2 I wanted). A phone call to your help line solved the problem. It nice to have a responsive company to work with. The openers, when they arrived were excellent factory openers at half the price quoted me by the garage door vendor. Thank you very much.
