I purchased a new opener from Gatehouse and was quite pleased that the procedure for activating the remote was very simple and the support documentation easy for anyone to follow.

I needed a new remote. I called customer service because the model I had didn't match any that were offered. I was told the 971LM was compatible with the one I had. That was on a Weds morning. I went online and placed an order. I selected regular mail with no insurance. The opener arrived Fri. I was happily surprised. The programming was simply the push of a button. Also a nice surprise. Thank you very much.
PS The remote was $20 cheaper than at Home Depot

Remote works great and easy to program. Dealing with gatehouse was a pleasure and they are very knowledgeable and customer focused.

Our garage door opener is about 8-10 years old & could not be found on other web sites. I was able to find it here. I ordered the remote and it arrived about 4 days later. It conformed to my unit easily & works well.
