    Have owned several of these Liftmaster garage door remotes over a period of about 25 years. With battery changes as needed, they have proven durable, lasting probably 10 years each. I'll keep coming back to this reliable product until I no longer have a door it's compatible with.

    I purchased two ereplacement garage doors openers. The process was rather qucik and easy. I highly recommend Gate House and I would use them again in the future.

    Replacement Garage Opener Remote

    Both of the remotes for our Sears garage door opener failed after 17 years. The best replacement I could find was the Liftmaster 971 and gatehouse tech staff made me feel comgortable about it being the right choice. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it via USPS.

    Unable to program remote at first but after erasing all existing codes in the receiver, I was then able to program the remote without any problem. This info about erasing all existing codes when unable to program remote was not in the instructions but would have been helpful and avoided some unnecessary frustration. Otherwise a great product...

    This is the second Liftmaster 971LM I bought to open my Sears Garage door opener. The unit was shipped quickly. The directions indicate the unit is for garage door openers with an orange code button but also works with my unit which has a red button. I actually only took TWO SECONDS to progam the 971LM once I pressed the red button. Great Unit at a great price.
