Looked for the product online and called to speak to a human. They were very helpful and the package got to Hawaii in 4-5 days. You just need to know the color of the learn button in the back of the unit and find it on the site. 16 years old and it works well. Thanks Eric
Excellent service: WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE FAST SHIPMENT. IT DID NOT WORK AT FIRST AND I WAS READY TO SHIP IT BACK FOR A REFUND. CHECKING ONLINE I FOUND OUT THAT I HAD TO FIND THE LEARN BUTTON AND PRESS IT TO PROGAM THE UNIT. AFTER FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN I WAS SUCCESSFUL AND UNIT WORKS FINE. THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE PAPER THAT WAS SENT ALONG. WE ALL ARE NOT SO DIY SAVVY AND HAVE TO BE TOLD THAT THERE IS SOME PROGRAMMING INVOLVED. I SUCCEDED. THANKS,
