Been using this remote with my Garage Opener for 15 years. One finally went bad so I was happy to see I could still get the product at a great price from Gatehouse. The staff there is very helpful and they actually answer the phone and talk to you. Delivery was super fast and the remote works great! Did I mention the price was great...about half of what a local distributor wanted to charge me to buy from their warehouse. It was worth the short wait for delivery, just two days.

After asking to have one of the maintenance men reprogrammed the old garage door remote, and then the next day I had the same problem, push button 3 to 5 times to open door first thing in the morning. I ordered a new remote from Gatehouse, got here in 3 days from California. I programmed the new one myself and it has been working fine since. The old remote said on the back, made in 01/03, I think it was old and tired and the mtce. people should realize that!
