Everything was fine except instructions were a bit confusing. The instruction showed the orange button to be inside the case of the motor. In fact in this model it was located on the back of the unit. The instruction should reflect the placement of the orange button on different models.

I ordered two of these remotes from Gatehousesupplies.com. Great prices and shipping costs which combined were still cheaper than one remote from Sears. Each remote took maybe a minute to program. Doesn't get much easier!
