Liftmaster 878MAX Wireless Keypad

Exactly what I was looking for so we could open the garage door from outside using a keypad. Very simple to program. I was surprised as how fast Gatehouse pulled the order and shipped to me.

This is the manufacturer's replacement keypad and came with the coding instructions that also had the manufacturer's logo on them. Your website made it very easy to locate the correct manufacturer approved replacement for my door opener, as well as offering other products that would also work with my openers. Delivery was much faster than I expected too--2 days after ordering it!

at suggestion of your staff ordered this model over the one I had originally decided to buy. Arrived promptly, went right in and has worked as expected.

Installation instructions simple and clear. It worked the first time and we have had no issues so far getting the code to work every time. Our old key pad was very finicky, even when it was new, and got worse and worse as it got older, even with brand new batteries. If it blinked with every key entry though it would be better still.

The 877 came on time but was difficult to implement the code into the motor unit due to instructions being vague in set up after 4 digit
code is entered (Green Learning Unit) Service dept. was prompt and initiated a call to lift master. The service was fantastic the solution was to follow instructions but hit enter 4 times. The units worked. Great Experience of service.
