    Had a problem with coding this key pad because my lift Master was 16 years old. With the help of Lift Master customer support the problem of the door opening on its own has been solved

    As other reviewers said, the product was delivered so quickly! The opener was very easy to program, but I had to press the # key after the code to program it (and I didn't see that in the directions)
