I apologize for not responding sooner. I was waiting for one of my sons to program the remotes for me. I will be 76 years old in a couple of weeks and I just didn't care to climb a ladder. They were unable to get here so I decided I would do it myself. I climbed the ladder, which wasn't as bad as I had imagined, and within several minutes I had both remotes programmed. So simple and easy. And they work as they should. I would tell anyone to buy one of these if they need to replace or just need an extra remote. Thank you for the good service.
