Genuine Genie 37653R.S power supply circuit board assembly — the board Genie’s own parts system lists as PCB ASSY, PWR SUPPLY. This is the operator’s power supply board, not its logic board: it takes the incoming transformer feed and produces the regulated low-voltage rails that the control board, receiver and accessory terminals run on. When it fails the operator typically goes dead, resets at random, or drops its accessories while the motor circuit still has line voltage.
Confirm the number on your old board before you order. Genie reused this five-digit “R.S” numbering across several operator generations and the boards are not interchangeable between them. Read the number printed on the board you are replacing, or send us the operator model and a photo — details at the bottom of this page.

Is the power supply board actually the problem?
A power supply board is easy to blame and expensive to guess at. Work down this list before you buy:
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Operator completely dead | Incoming line voltage, the circuit breaker and the fuse, before the board. A live primary with no low-voltage output points at the power supply board. |
| Display or logic resets at random | The power supply board. Intermittent rails show up as resets long before the operator fails outright. |
| Motor runs, accessories dead | The low-voltage side. Check the accessory terminals with the operator powered; nothing there while line voltage is present is the board. |
| Works cold, quits once warm | The board — thermal failures in the supply section are common — but confirm the transformer is not overheating first. |
| Transformer buzzing or running hot | The transformer and a shorted load downstream, not the board on its own. |
| Dead after a storm | The board — and fit surge protection with the new one. |
After fitting
Kill power at the disconnect before touching the board, and note the connector positions before unplugging anything. With the new board in, confirm low voltage is present at the accessory terminals before the cover goes back on, then re-set the limits and run the reversing test.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a commercial operator power supply board gets replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply carries the same risk.
