Genuine FAAC 455D control board, 115V — the control panel for FAAC’s 115 V swing gate operators: the 400 and 402 hydraulic ram operators and the 412, 415 and 422. One board runs a single leaf or a bi-parting pair.
Board only. This is the replacement board for a 455D already installed. It does not include the 14 x 16 in. enclosure or the receiver — those are part of the original operator kit.
115 V only. The 230 V version of the 455D is a different board with a 5 A fuse; this one carries a 10 A fuse.

Is the board actually the problem?

After fitting
The new board arrives on default settings. Select the operating logic, set the work time, pause time and slowdowns, learn the transmitters into the receiver, and re-test the photocells before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
