The EMX WEL-200 Wireless Edge Link connects monitored safety edges to gate and door operators without running wire from the edge to the control box, while meeting 2018 UL325 monitoring requirements. One WEL-200R receiver pairs with up to four WEL-200T transmitters at up to 200 ft. line of sight, with separate relay and pulse outputs for open and close edge functions. The receiver’s one-digit display reports signal quality from 0 to 9 for the selected transmitter, so link strength is verified on site. The 2026 WEL-200T adds a redesigned housing that keeps the circuit board enclosed during service, an externally visible LED status window, captive case screws, and a metal mounting bracket.
Wireless safety-edge link for gate and door operators. Eliminates edge-to-operator wiring while meeting UL325-2018 monitoring. Connects up to four transmitters at 200 ft. line of sight, with a 0-to-9 signal quality display on the receiver.
New for 2026: the WEL-200T transmitter has a redesigned housing, an LED status window readable with the cover closed, captive case screws, and a metal mounting bracket included. The radio, wiring and operation are unchanged, as is the WEL-200R receiver.
• See Your Signal: The receiver displays a 0 to 9 signal quality score for the selected transmitter, so connection strength is verified on site.
• Full Fault Feedback: Separate indications identify an open edge, a shorted edge, a low battery, or a lost transmitter.
• Multiple Transmitter Support: Up to four transmitters, with separate relay and pulse outputs for open and close edges.
• Universal & Compliant: UL325 compliant; works with 8.2K and 10K monitored safety edges. Resistive edges only.
• Long Life: Two years at 25°C on two AA lithium batteries, with low battery reported at both ends before it fails.
• Durable: Rugged, watertight NEMA 4X enclosure, rated from −40° to 140°F.
