DoorKing 9409-010 — two-channel plug-in loop detector. DoorKing’s own plug-in vehicle loop detector for DoorKing gate operators. It plugs straight into the detector socket on the operator’s control board, so there is no external detector box and no harness to wire, and the two channels run two loops from one module — typically a reverse (safety) loop and an exit or shadow loop. For a single loop, use the 9410-010 single-channel detector.
DoorKing operators only. The plug-in format matches the DKS board socket; it will not fit another brand’s operator.
A detector that chatters, holds the gate open or will not tune usually has a damaged loop or a wet splice rather than a faulty detector — check the loop resistance and the lead-in before you replace the module.
