Sensors were a direct replacement for the original. The door no longer retracts upon closing. Sensors include terminal clamps which make the installation a breeze. Units were reasonably priced and saved me a service call which would have cost over $100.

Product was easy to install using the existing wires on either side of the garage door. Snesors fit on the existing brakets and also easy to adjust.

With bad weather and contact with water these sensors tend to go after a while and then you have to keep your hand the button to close the garage door. Super easy diy replacement. If replace just cut and connect, there is no polarity issue.

I was in need of a garage door sensor and this webpage caught my eye. I was able to quickly look up my opener and find the door sensors. I ordered and in two days the sensors were at my front door.
