The batteries where an exact replacement for the dead ones in my battery backup unit. After charging the batteries, I was able to use the BBU to open and close the garage door. Works great.

Purchasing online from gatehouse was quick and easy. The next day shipping was good and the estimated delivery time was very accurate. The batteries were well packaged to avoid any damage to the wires and connectors. The replacement batteries were half the cost of replacing the entire BBU. I would recommend this product and merchant.

Not only were the batteries in needed the exact replacement parts, the customer service exceeded expectation. I called shortly after Gatehouse's closing hours and left a message. I ordered these batteries for the battery back up for our garage door opener and it was a quick and easy fix! product arrived quickly and there were NO issues, the batteries fit perfectly. The price was also great considering you would have to pay WAY more for them from the manufacturer... we will definitely be ordering from here in the future!
