Service was great, received everything on time, and online video made installation easy.

Might mention the two rectangular holes in the sprocket housing must be in line with the chain or else the sprocket cover will not go back on. If this goes together wrong you either have to pull everything back apart to align it or choose to leave the sprocket cover off.

The part was exactly as I ordered, arrived in about 5 business days, and was easy for me to install with the supplied instructions. After some small adjustments the door was fully operational again. I recommend your company and will purchase from you again if needed.

When the sprocket in my Chamberlain garage opener broke, I worried that the repair would be above my moderate skills. But I was fortunate to find this site and the clear Youtube video in it (without which I would not have attempted the repair). I ordered the part on a Monday, and it arrived on the Friday. The repair took a couple of hours (including going to Lowe's for a 5/16 wrench). A nice Saturday project.
