I contacted Gatehouse looking for information on a kit to repair my 15 year old Liftmaster garage door opener. It didn't have a model number that anyone seemed to recognize, however, Gatehouse got me the information on the right kit. They also had an installation video on their website, which is what convinced me to purchase the kit, rather than replace the entire unit with a new one.

To make a long story short, I ordered the kit, which was the correct one for my opener. I got it within a few days of placing the order. It took me a couple of hours to finish up the installation and everything works great. I would certainly recommend Gatehouse to anyone who is interested in saving about $125 to repair their garage door opener, rather than replacing it.
