When the gears stripped on my 20 year old garage door opener I was doubtful I could easily find parts online. Not only did the complete kit have everything I needed to replace the worn gears and bushings, but the online video and included instructions ensured I wouldn't mess anything up. Quick shipping was the icing on the cake. An hour after the parts arrived my garage door was opening and closing again. I will return when the other garage door opener fails.

All was as expected. The only problem I had was that the shaft collar set screws were too long and hit the encoder board. I just re-used the old ones and all was well.
