The parts were just what I needed to get the door working. All the parts were in the package that were needed and instructions were easy to follow.

Came with everything I ended to get our opener back on track.

The gear broke and needed to be replaced. A repair company quoted $195, so i looked at other options. I found a very explanatory video on Youtube and thought that I could replace it myself. Even better, I asked my 16 years old son to do the job, under my supervision. Gatehousesupplies delivered the parts in few days. We decided to leave the unit attached to the ceiling and fix it from there. We watched the video and followed the steps. It all worked fine. It took us probably a couple of hours but it could have been done faster. The purpose was also to instruct my son how to fix things, and he did well! No issue during the process. The video is great and the pack comes will all required pieces.
