    Product is great, everything I needed in one kit for a good price. Shipping was in a timely manner, course shipping could have been a little cheaper. I'd buy from this company again.

    With helpful video, took a little over a hour to replace gears and bushing. Was glad I bought gear set with all replacement pieces, my worm gear had chunks missing. Deliver date as posted by gatehouse.

    I HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT YET, BUT THE PACKAGE AND INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY CLEAR AND i DO NOT EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS REPAIRING MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THIS ITEM IS OEM QUALITY, AND THE PROCESS TO BUY WAS EASY AND INFORMATIVE, PLUS IT ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE. CANT BEAT THAT. IF IT WASENT SO COLD I WOULD BE OUT THERE NOW PUTTING IT IN.

    Order was received in 2 or 3 days, package was in good condition. Repair kit appears to be OME, instructions were complete. Repair part fit, was perfect, all parts were included, opener is now up and running like new. I would not hesitate placing an order again, would highly recommend.

    Website is easy to navigate, prices are reasonable. Product was shipped within 24 hours and received on day two of a 3-5 day shipping status. I installed the gear and sprocket and my garage door is back to fully operation. I would recommend the company and products.
