LiftMaster SL570GL Slide Gate Operator Parts

Genuine replacement parts for the LiftMaster SL570GL commercial slide gate operator. Use the exploded views above with the tables below to identify what you need, then click any part number to order. The upper drawing is the electrical box; the lower drawing is the operator.

Before you order — three things to check.

1. Your configuration code sets the motor, solenoid and overload. The SL570GL ships in nine builds. The number after the first dash is horsepower (50 = 1/2 HP, 75 = 3/4 HP, 100 = 1 HP) and the last pair is the supply: 11 = 115V single phase, 21 = 230V single phase, 23 = 208/230V three phase, 43 = 460V three phase. Your code is on the operator's data label. Three-phase units take a completely different overload range (25-40xx) from single-phase units (25-20xx) — this is the most common wrong order on the SL570.

2. The SL540 and SL570 share this drawing but not every part. Bearing plates, idler sprockets, pulleys, the drive chain and the output shaft kit are model-specific. Everything listed on this page is the SL570 part. If you have an SL540, use the SL540GL parts page instead.

3. Two different S-numbers appear on this operator. On the electrical box drawing, S1–S5 are limit switch parts. On the operator drawing, S1–S10 are intermediate shaft parts. They are separate assemblies — check which drawing your callout came from before ordering.
