LiftMaster SL540GL and SL570GL Electrical Box Parts

Genuine replacement parts for the electrical box fitted to the LiftMaster SL540GL and SL570GL commercial slide gate operators. The same box serves both models. Use the exploded view above to identify your part, then click any part number to order.

Your overload is sized to the motor, not the model. This is the most common wrong order on this box. Single-phase units take a 25-20xx overload; three-phase units take a 25-40xx. Read the configuration code off your operator's data label and match it in the table below rather than guessing from horsepower.

Brake solenoid follows supply voltage. 115V takes 22-120, 230V takes 22-240, 575V three-phase takes 22-575. All three are stocked. The wrong coil voltage will either fail to release the brake or burn out.

A complete electrical box is ordered by adding a K prefix to your operator's model number — for example SL570-100-23 becomes K73SL570-100-23.

Limit Shaft and Limit Switch Kits

Two lettered groups sit inside this box and they are different assemblies. L1–L11 belong to the limit shaft, sold complete as kit K72-18628. S1–S5 belong to the limit switch, sold complete as kit K74-18629. Several components inside each are kit-only and cannot be bought separately.
